Aronia berries are rich in antioxidants, specifically anthocyanins and procyanidins, which are the active compounds in blueberries and grape extract.
Chokeberries have the second highest anthocyanin content compared to all berries, twice the total phenolic content compared to blueberries, four times compared to blackberries, and ten times compared to strawberries.
In addition to polyphenols, aronia berries contain a variety of bioactive compounds such as vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, and pectins.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/juice to aid swallowing. Individuals with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
