USER MANUAL
Take one capsule with a glass of water or juice to aid swallowing. People with swallowing difficulties may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
The product is a functional food and does not contain any of the known allergens. It is recommended to be used as part of a healthy diet that includes regular consumption of fruits and vegetables and does not replace a normal diet. Take one capsule (1 serving) daily with a glass of water for easy swallowing. Daily consumption of more than 1 serving is not recommended.
