Aronia fruits are rich in antioxidants, and in particular, in anthocyanins and procyanidins which are the active ingredients of blueberries and grape extract.
Aronia has the second highest content of anthocyanins compared to all berries, twice the total phenolic content compared with blackberries, four times compared to blueberries and ten times compared to strawberries.
In addition to polyphenols, aronia fruits contain a variety of bioactive ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, carotenoids and pectins.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
