HOMEY the jam of yesterday!

When we used to pick the fruits by hand from the trees and they smelled ripe in their season, even if it was raining, even if it was snowing or hot, we would put them in our aprons and take them home to mom…that’s HOMEY .

In our traditional workshop SANTA CAPER in Tinos we put this memory in our recipes. Strawberry, Cherry, Pomegranate, Apricot, Fig, Orange, Olive, Tomato, while at the same time we created an additional code, the first functional jam, enriched with vitamin D3, vitamin E and Zinc, to boost your immunity.
