HOMEY jam from the past
When we used to pick the fruits with our hands from the trees and they smelled ripe in their season, even if it was raining, even if it was snowing or it was hot, we put them in aprons and took them home, to mom… these are HOMEY.
In our traditional workshop SANTA CAPER in Tinos we succeeded and put this memory in our recipes, as a result of which we create the most delicious, sweet, healthy and travelers to the sweet memories of the past, jams.
We have created 8 traditional Jam recipes with Strawberry, Cherry, Pomegranate, Peach, Fig, Olive, Tomato, and Orange that cover all taste requirements, while at the same time we created an additional code, the first functional jam, enriched with vitamin D3 and Zinc, in order to boost your immune system but first of all your childrens who have a difficulty in taking their vitamins when needed. Our fruit concentration is 85% and they do not contain any sugar!
