Bacopa monnieri, also known as brahmi, is a plant widely used in traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda). Bacopa monnieri is commonly used for memory and thinking skills (cognitive function), stress and attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder.
Choline is a nutrient similar to B vitamins. It is used to contribute to memory, mental function, the prevention of certain genetic disorders and many other conditions. Choline is important for the nervous system.
Turmeric is commonly used in Asian medicine for conditions that include depression, pain, memory, thinking skills, osteoarthritis but there is not enough research to support those possibilities.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
