Boswellia, also known as Indian frankincense, is used for its resin extract. Contains significant amounts of the active plant compounds limonene, bosvelic acid borneol and farnesol.
In traditional Indian medicine but also in modern herbal medicine, Bosswellia serrata is mainly used for arthritis and arthrophathy, asthma, bronchial asthma, bronchitis and intestinal diseases.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
People with health problems, medication and pregnant women should consult their doctor about the use of dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for regular diet.
