The product is made with glucosamine hydrochloride of plant origin and does not contain ingredients from shellfish and shark cartilage. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
