INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.

It is recommended to be used as part of a healthy diet that includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables and does not replace a normal diet.
