The coexistence of the two vitamins D3 and K2 in the product VITAMIN D3/K2 4000 is very important as they are two vitamins that are lacking in most human organisms.

Vitamin K supplementation, especially in combination with vitamin D3, improves bone density and makes vitamin D3 work better. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
