6 billion CFU of probiotics from the ten most important strains are provided in each tea bag. One tea bag provides six (6) billion probiotic CFUs at the time of production.
Plant Fibers
The blend contains 1 gram of fiber to help support the digestive system.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Open a sachet from the notch or with scissors.
The tea/beverage/mix contained within is ready-made, in liquid form, and does not need any processing such as boiling empty the contents into a cup or glass with hot or cold water.
Add honey or any sweetener if desired.
