SANTA CAPER is located in the beautiful island of Tinos, were have planted thousands of capers for our own use, cultivated artichokes, tomatoes and collaborated with independent producers, taking advantage of the excellent climate of the area that makes everything taste so delicious…Our ally is Aeolus,ruler of the winds, a tireless helper in our effort, with his strong winds transporting constantly valuable ingredients from sea to land, salting the plants on the island and filling them with iodine.
