PREMIUM PICKLES
Several years ago, together with our workshop SANTA CAPER, we created capers in the Cyclades, Pomontoro tomatoes and semi-wild purple artichokes, the result is CYCLADICA PICKLES, delicious pickles with a flower of salt for the brine and red wine vinegar for highlighting their tannins.
In the artichoke and the sun-dried tomato, we placed pure sunflower oil, resulting in the release of the local flavor and the creation of delicious dishes.
