Green tea contains bioactive compounds important for health. It is rich in polyphenols which reduce oxidation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule with a glass of water/ juice to achieve swallowing. People with swallowing problems may open the capsule and mix the contents with water or juice.
